Return Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the specified period and provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos of the product and the damage/defect, if applicable. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide further instructions regarding the return.

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all applicable accessories, tags, and other items received with the order.

Return requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return request has been reviewed and the refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
